OFFICIAL CLOCK IN AND WIN RULES ON Z107 AND Z1071.COM

1. No purchase, registration fee or monetary donation is required to enter or win.
2. Employees of Radio One Communications Inc. are not eligible to win, as well as those in all other radio stations within the Northwest Indiana area, along with their immediate families. Also ineligible to win are those participating sponsors and the immediate families of those employees.
3. To enter, complete an official Clock In and Win entry form at z107.com. Contest entries are also available at the Z107 studios.
4. One winner per household.
5. Odds of winning are determined by the total amount of entries.
6. Random drawing will be witnessed by disinterested parties.
7. By participating in Clock In and Win, winner grants authority to Z107 to publish his or her name and or photos and to use his or her voice on Z107 and Z1071.com for promotional purposes.
8. Contestants will be selected and their name read on Z107 and Z1071.com. If you hear your name on Z107 and Z1071.com, you'll have 10 minutes to call to be on the station's payroll. Names will be read Monday through Friday (with the exception of Memorial Day) from 9am to 4pm. The person will remain on the payroll until the next person clocks in. The person on the payroll at 5:00pm will carry over until they can clock in the following weekday at 9am.
9. All prizes won on Z107 and Z1071 are non-transferable and non-refundable.
10. Winners, by accepting any prize, agree to hold harmless the station and sponsor of any injuries or damages resulting from the use of said prize.
11. Z107, Z1071.com and Radio One Communications and participating sponsors are not responsible for entries that may be lost, delayed, stolen, or misdirected, or for printing errors in the entry forms or contest rules.
12. Any and all taxes are the responsibility of the winners. It is understood that Radio One Communications will supply the winner with a release form stating that a 1099 form will be submitted for tax purposes for all prizes valued at over $600.
13. The winner's name may be obtained by written request to the station.
14. Decision of the judges is final, including their interpretation or modification of contest rules, and their verification of the winner. All decisions or interpretations regarding these rules and any other contest matters, including making new rules, at any time is within the sold authority of Z107, Z1071.com and Radio One Communications.
