Rib Rub

3 TBS brown sugar

1 ½ TBS paprika

1 ½ TBS salt

1 ½ TBS pepper

1 tsp garlic.

Rub on the ribs for up to 24 hours before grilling, then cook as normal.

I had extra rib rub so I thinly sliced red potatoes and placed them on sprayed foil squares, placed the potato slices on the foil with a couple of TBS water and sprinkled the rib rub on them. Wrapped them up and put them on the grill for about 40 minutes. Yum!
