Sassy Steak Sauce Print E-mail
1 TBS olive oil        2/3 c. cocktail sauce
1/4 c honey             3 TBS soy sauce
3 cloves garlic         1/4 tsp seasoning salt

Pierce 1lb of steaks with fork them put in a freezer bag...in a medium
bowl, stir together marinade ingredients and pour over steaks in the bag.
refrigerate for 30 minutes to 6 hours, turning frequently

Grill the steaks as usual, but save the marinade. Heat another TBS oil
oil in frying pan...saute 6 oz mushrooms until tender. Pour in
reserved marinade and gook for at least five minutes...serve with steaks.
