Marilyn Monroe's former 10-bed vacation home in Lake Arrowhead, Calif. has a higher price tag of $14.8 million. Built in 1927, the "hilltop" 3.85-acre estate was once owned by Music Corporation of America (MCA) co-founder Jules Stein. Cary Grant, Rock Hudson and Marilyn Monroe have all stayed there. The property was listed in 2010 for $14.2 million, then with a price drop of $9.975 million in Dec. 2012. The grounds still include Monroe's personal bungalow, known as "The Happy Hut."
