Publishers and Editors,   On Monday, Sept. 9, we are making some changes to our digests aimed at providing you with more planning information in a consistent format across the AP. On that date, all digests sent from an AP desk or department should include estimated word counts and estimated filing times for each story, with one exception noted below.
