State Plane Sold, Sale Exceeds Asking Price

The state of Indiana announced today that the 2001 Beechcraft Super King Air B200 twin turbine aircraft was sold to American Aviation in Florida on January 30th, for 134-thousand dollars beyond the one-point-seven million dollar asking price. Officials report a total of three bids were received for the plane and the state plans to use the funds to help support public safety duties of the Indiana State Police.
