Court documents filed for Griffith Schools say Facebook postings that got three teenage girls expelled earlier this year posed a “true threat”... The American Civil Liberties Union is suing the school district contending the punishment violated the free speech rights of the middle schoolers, and that comments written about wanting to kill some classmates were not serious.
