... Iowa, according to lottery officials. Last night's [June 13th] Powerball jackpot surged to an estimated 241-million-dollars. The jackpot will start over again at 40-Million for the next drawing this Saturday.  The Iowa Lottery says the ticket was purchased at a Hy-Vee supermarket in Cedar Rapids, and if the player chooses the cash option, he or she will receive about $160.3 million before taxes.
