Another Indiana case of fungal meningitis linked to contaminated back and joint pain steroid injections has been confirmed. The State Department of Health said Tuesday there are now 46 cases, up one from Monday. Officials also say Indiana has three deaths attributed to the tainted medication, and that number was unchanged.
