New Policy for Governor's Social Media

Indiana Governor Mike Pence has a new policy regarding social media, and among other things it prohibits profanity, obscenity, nude images and other objectionable content, and violators may be banned from accessing the governor's Facebook, Twitter or YouTube accounts. The policy also directs visitors of the sites to refrain from discussing political views and philosophies, saying these online channels are meant to share information about the governor's programs and activities. The governor recently apologized after comments about gay marriage were deleted from his Facebook page a few weeks ago.
