A one million dollar scratch-off lottery ticket was recently cashed in by a Crown Point man. The Hoosier Lottery announced on Friday that Rene Mendoza claimed his prize on October 8th. The father of two purchased and scratched his winning ticket at the B-P AM/PM in the 56-hundred block of West Lincoln Highway in Crown Point. Mendoza says winning is his family's ticket to a new home and a Disney World vacation his children will always remember.
Profits from Hoosier Lottery Scratch-offs, and all Hoosier Lottery games benefit Hoosiers in all 92 counties.
