DJS’ PRANK LEADS TO SMALL-SCALE PANIC

This is why you DON'T DO April Fools Day! Two disc jockeys have gotten in hot water for their annual April Fools’ Day joke. The problem: They joked about water quality, saying “dihydrogen monoxide” was coming out of residents’ taps. It caused small-scale panic among some radio listeners in the Fort Myers, Fla., metro area...could be a felony!

BAD WHITE HOUSE APRIL FOOLS JOKE

Even the White House got in on some April Fools' jokes... It was teased as a "special video message from the president," but instead of Barack Obama, viewers saw viral video star Kid President. "Looks like you were expecting somebody else," he says, his arms barely reaching the presidential podium. Kid President, also known as Robbie Novak, was in D.C. to help out with the White House's Annual Easter Egg roll.

DWTS: PROM NIGHT

Several prom movie cliches were very much in evidence: a Footloose-themed routine, a guy riding in on a motorcycle and...the YMCA. The bright side was seeing Tom Bergeron's prom photo. Kellie Pickler finished this round in the lead after a flat-out fabulous jive, with Jacoby and Zendaya tied just one point behind her on the judges' leaderboard. Wynonna Judd had a rough night, as did D.L. Hughley. We're three dances in, and most of the stars have yet to find their footing

HEIDI KLUM SAVES FAMILY

Heidi Klum is a mom, a supermodel and now super-heroic, too. The "America’s Got Talent" judge was vacationing in Hawaii with her four kids and her boyfriend, Martin Kirsten, when tragedy nearly struck on Easter Sunday. While hanging on a beach in Oahu, Klum’s 7-year-old son Henry and two nannies were suddenly pulled into a riptide. That’s when Klum and Kirsten went full-on "Baywatch" and saved the trio from drowning. Klum said her party was able to get to safety.

LOUISVILLE GUARD SUFFERS GRUESOME BROKEN BONE IN RIGHT LEG

A University of Louisville basketball player has suffered a horrific leg fracture that left the bone in his right leg protruding on live TV. Kevin Ware, 20, jumped high in the air to block a three-point shot during the Louiseville-Duke game last night when he landed badly on the leg and crashed to the court. Teammates and Coach Rick Pinoto were in tears as Ware screamed with pain. An official told several reporters that a bone snapped. Trainers immediately covered the leg with a towel and placed Ware on a backboard, then lifted him onto a stretcher.

EASTER BUNNY GETS PULLED OVER ON HIS MOTORBIKE BY HIGHWAY PATROL

No one likes to be pulled over, especially when they can't be late for a very important date.  A California Highway Patrol officer stopped the Easter Bunny on Saturday as he traveled down a highway in La Mesa.  The man, who was riding a motorcycle with sidecar, was pulled over because he was not wearing a helmet. The bunny-suit wearer explained to the cop that he was on his way to a charity event. Another officer sitting in a squad car took the picture of the bunny getting a talking to over his lack of road safety. The officer also reprimanded the driver over his outfit which he said was a visual impairment. The bunny rabbit was given a warning but no ticket by highway patrol. He then continued on his journey with his head in the sidecar.

The guy from New Jersey who won a $338 million Powerball jackpot owes $29,000 in child support and was told he could be arrested if he does not pay. Police in Passaic County, where Pedro Quezada lives and owns a bodega, said they came to his home to tell him that he needed to pay the child support in a "timely matter." Quezada received his winnings on Tuesday, in a lump sum of $152 million after taxes.

WANT TO BE HAPPIER AT WORK? TRY GOOFING OFF

They may go to great lengths to avoid work, but your slacker co-workers actually love their jobs. A new study comparing job performance and satisfaction found that the least-productive workers are also the most engaged in nearly half of workplaces. At 42 percent of more than 200 companies studied, leadership training and research firm Leadership IQ found that the people who spend the day perusing Pinterest or updating their fantasy football rosters are more engaged than middle-of-the-road and even star workers
