Annie was born and raised in Northwest Indiana with her younger sister and parents in Hammond. After spending some time out of the area chasing the radio dream she has moved back to start a family with her two main men: Jager the mutt and fiance Rob. When she is not on the air Annie enjoys cheering her favorite Chicago sports teams (Da Bears, Da Bulls, And Da Sox), hiking, and exploring new fairs and festivals! (Anything Deep Fried she's in!) Annie cannot wait to share her life with you on air and is excited to be back in the Region doing what she loves!

Yesterday, Britain's Prince William and wife Kate named their son George Alexander Louis. Tweets from Clarence House said the newest member of the royal family will be known as His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge. The third in line to the British throne was born Tuesday.

A seventh "Rocky" movie is in the works, according to Deadline, and this time Rocky will be training one-time opponent Apollo Creed's grandson to duke it out in the ring. No date has been announced for the new film, titled "Creed," but Deadline has a plot summary.

George H.W. Bush has a new look for a good cause. The former president shaved his head this week to support the young son of a member of his Secret Service detail who has leukemia. In fact, all members of the security detail shaved their heads in solidarity with the 2-year-old, who has lost his hair in chemo treatments. Bush's spokesperson tweeted the photo yesterday.
