Actress Nicole Kidman sold her three-bedroom New York City home for $16 million, one of the highest prices paid for a downtown apartment on a square-foot basis, the Wall Street Journal reports. Kidman purchased the 12th floor apartment, surrounded by glass, for $6.6 million in 2002, the year after her separation from Tom Cruise.
