As George Zimmerman's legal team begins interviewing witnesses as it builds its defense, a key figure hires the lead attorney from another infamous Florida case. Chris Serino, the Sanford lead police investigator who initially recommended charges be filed against Zimmerman, in an unusual move, has retained the counsel of Jose Baez. Baez, whose name popped up earlier in this case as a possible lawyer for Zimmerman confirmed to ABC News that he will now represent the controversial investigator as depositions get underway.
