Business Leaders Want Video Gambling

if Lansing does not approve video gambling—that allow payouts—the city could loose it's bowling alley along with other village businesses. That point was stressed by the owner of the Lan-Oakes Lanes Bowling alley on Ridge Rd. who along with other local business owners voiced their concern at a Village Board meeting Tuesday night, according to http://www. nwitimes.com . A change in Illinois law allows video gambling games at eligible, licensed establishments, in which the state gets a percentage of the proceeds to help fund road repairs.
