A new roundabout is coming to the five-points intersection of Vale Park Road, Roosevelt Road and N. Calumet Avenue in Valparaiso. The Valparaiso Board of Public Works and Safety approved the 2.1 million dollar construction project on Thursday, according to http://www.nwitimes.com. Officials say the project is scheduled to begin next spring. The roundabout will have two lanes and will be built in three phases to minimize street closures, according to the article.
