The number of Indiana fungal meningitis cases linked to contaminated back and joint pain steroid injections has increased yet again. The State Department of Health said Wednesday that there are now 48 cases, up two from Tuesday. Officials also say Indiana has three deaths attributed to the tainted medication, and that number remains unchanged.
