In a battle of reality TV finales, Dancing with the Stars pulled in more viewers than The Voice Tuesday night. The two-hour season finale of the ABC competition, won by Olympic ice dancer Meryl Davis and her pro partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, was seen by 14.9 million viewers from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern time. It aired opposite the season finale of NBC's The Voice, which drew 11.6 million viewers. The singing competition was won by Josh Kaufman. American Idol had a disappointing night for part one of its season finale. Airing in the 8 p.m.-9 p.m. Eastern Time slot, it attracted an audience of just 6.6 million people.
